The purpose of the website is to present chauffeur-driven and self-drive car rental services and to allow users to submit quote requests.

AS Venture SRL reserves the right to suspend, restrict or interrupt access to the website, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice, in particular for maintenance, updates or any other technical or organisational reason.

The user agrees to use the website fairly, in accordance with its purpose and in compliance with applicable law.

Sending a quote request does not in any way constitute a booking or a contractual commitment.

5. Nature of the services

The website is a presentation and matchmaking tool allowing quotes to be obtained.

No firm booking is made via the website.

The vehicles, chauffeurs, services or partners mentioned are provided for information purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of availability.

AS Venture SRL may offer an equivalent vehicle or service depending on availability and operational constraints.

6. Role of Rental Ride

AS Venture SRL, trading as Rental Ride, acts depending on the circumstances:

• as a direct service provider;
• and/or as an intermediary using selected partners or subcontractors to perform the services.

In all cases, the contract is concluded exclusively between the client and AS Venture SRL.

The user cannot claim any right to obtain a specific vehicle, chauffeur, model or partner.

7. Pricing

The website may display, for information purposes only, “from” prices for certain vehicles. These amounts are indicative starting prices and do not necessarily include all services, options or applicable fees.

No price displayed on the website constitutes a binding offer. Final rates are communicated only upon request, via a personalised quote.

Prices stated in quotes are valid for the period mentioned therein and may be revised depending on service conditions, availability or any information provided by the client.

8. Liability

AS Venture SRL implements reasonable means to ensure the proper functioning of the website and the accuracy of the information disseminated.

However, the company cannot guarantee the absence of errors, omissions or interruptions.

AS Venture SRL cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting in particular from:

• use of, or inability to use, the website;
• a technical malfunction;
• a temporary or permanent interruption of the service;
• an error or omission in the information provided;
• a case of force majeure.

The following are expressly excluded from any liability, without this list being exhaustive:

• delays related to traffic, congestion or road closures;
